Brief
Description:
Tempering can be accomplished by soaking entire parts
in the furnace for periods of time sufficient to bring
the tempering mechanism to the desired point of completion
or by selective heating of certain portions of the part
to achieve toughness or plasticity in those area. Lots
of mistakes with the heat treatment were done in reference
to a wrong or to a too short tempering process. Therefore
it is most important to reach the needed tempering capacity
as well as a high thermal uniformity and an efficient
cooling time with the tempering furnace. Beyond this the
parts should not lose their metallic shine surface after
tempering.
The Jen Long vacuum tempering furnace equipments not only
fulfill those requirements through installed Ni, Cr, or
graphite heating linesĦBSUS304 heat-shield, vacuum pump
stand and a controllable fast gas cooling system but also
have developed to meet the diversifying needs of the market
with versatile, reliable and user-friendly designs.
Application:
