Brief Description:
To achieve high densities and remove gases and impurities, with pre-sintering and binder removal MIM vacuum dewaxing, sintering furnace can be accomplished in a gas atmosphere where the retort gas outlet will remove binders or other out-gassing product without allowing them to contact the heating element and zone, while at the same time improving temperature uniformity. The actual sintering process can be accomplished in a high vacuum atmosphere or in gas to remove all contaminants from the product. This construction guarantees that the parts are fully debound through the even gas flow during the debind cycle and sintered to full density through the close temperature. All controls for flow, temperature, and partial pressure are fully computerized and automatic. All operating data such as temperature, gas flow, pressure, total power and gas consumption, is logged for each run.
This type of furnace completes controlled economical production and high quality and is a suitable efficient method as well.

Application:
Hard Metals and materials (borides, carbides, nitrides, silicides)
High melting metal
Permanent magnets
Tantalum condensers
High speed steel and stainless steels
Ceramic material such as SiC, SiN, BC, Al2O3

Advantage:
Process any metal with any binder
Process in nitrogen or hydrogen or argon or air
Process from atmospheric pressure to partial pressure to high vacuum
Program any control parameter in any segment during debinding or sintering
Use less process gas, electricity, handling time and floor space
